 We currently have an opening in one of our favorite homes. This modern rustic cabin-style residence offers a unique living opportunity, as the individual would be the only resident in the home, providing added privacy and independence. The home accepts both IDD and APDD waiver recipients and has an RN living onsite for additional support and oversight. Handicap it may be an excellent fit for someone who enjoys a quieter environment, values personal space, or prefers a more independent lifestyle. 

 This new two-person home will offer a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in a calm, rural setting. Located on a beautiful property with room to grow, residents will have opportunities to engage in gardening, agriculture, and potentially interact with chickens and goats in the future. The home is designed to provide a peaceful environment while encouraging independence, meaningful activities, and connection to nature.  We may also have a suite opening next month in the same neighborhood near Sleepy Hollow Golf Course. This opportunity is available for individuals receiving IDD waiver services. These suites have become incredibly popular because they offer the independence and privacy of a studio apartment while still providing the supports and services individuals need. Each suite includes a private kitchen, bathroom, and living area, making it a great fit for someone who values having a space of their own while remaining part of a supportive community.
