With a master’s degree in Special Education and decades of experience, Ray is dedicated to creating environments where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. His knowledge and vision have shaped NFH into a place of growth, inclusion, and excellence.
Stephany’s nurturing spirit and incredible work ethic inspire those around her. Known for her generosity and unwavering dedication, she leads by example, encouraging others to work hard and care deeply. She and Ray live simply, always putting others first and giving back in every way they can. Their leadership, compassion, and drive continue to shape NFH into something truly special.
Clayton Nadon – Chief Operating Officer (Wasilla)
As the COO of the Wasilla branch of Nadon Family Home, Clayton Nadon is a dynamic leader who blends financial expertise with a deep passion for people. With a degree in finance, he plays a key role in managing the financial side of NFH, but his heart for serving others is what truly defines his leadership.
Clayton is well-rounded in every department, overseeing supported employment operations, onboarding new residents, and fostering meaningful connections with the individuals NFH serves. Whether handling administrative tasks, providing behavioral support, or simply sharing laughs and good times, Clayton’s mix of professionalism, 15 years of experience, and approachable, fun-loving nature makes him an invaluable part of the NFH team.
Allie Nadon – Community Engagement Coordinator & CPR Instructor
Allie Nadon plays a vital role in connecting individuals of all abilities with the broader community. As the Community Connection & Engagement Coordinator at Nadon Family Home, she creates inclusive events, learning experiences, and social opportunities that empower individuals and promote independence.
Beyond event planning, Allie serves as a key liaison, strengthening communication between guardians, care coordinators, and NFH staff to ensure seamless, personalized support. Her passion for inclusion and advocacy helps bridge communities and create meaningful opportunities for those she serves.
Keith Nadon – Chief Operating Officer (Fairbanks) & Nurse
Keith Nadon serves as the COO of the Fairbanks region, overseeing all aspects of Nadon Family Home’s operations in Fairbanks, Alaska, while ensuring the highest quality of care for the individuals we serve. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Keith plays a crucial role in medication management and healthcare coordination, providing expert guidance to ensure each individual receives the best possible care for their health and well-being.
Beyond healthcare, Keith is dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities, empowering individuals to explore new skills, build confidence, and succeed in roles that align with their strengths. His well-rounded expertise, strong work ethic, and commitment to both health and personal growth make him an invaluable leader within NFH.
Shayleen Nadon – Group Home & Administrative Support
Shayleen Nadon has worn many hats at Nadon Family Home, from Group Home Manager to Administrative Assistant and One-on-One Client Care Coordinator. Now, while raising her two little girls, she continues to play an essential role in supporting both administrative and group home operations.
Shayleen is passionate about ensuring that NFH’s group homes are not just well-run but also feel like home. She thrives in creating a warm, healthy, and high-quality living environment where individuals receive the best care possible. Her dedication and heart for those she serves make her an invaluable part of the NFH team.
Nick Morrill – CFO & Administrative Manager
As the CFO and Administrative Manager of Nadon Family Home, Nick Morrill keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a heart for serving and a sharp eye for detail, he manages finances, operations, and logistics to ensure the organization thrives. His dedication and leadership have been instrumental in NFH’s success for over a decade.
Natalie Morrill – Supported Employment Manager
Natalie Morrill is passionate about creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. As the Supported Employment Manager, she works tirelessly to connect individuals with jobs that match their strengths, providing training and support to help them succeed. With over 10 years at NFH, Natalie’s expertise and dedication continue to make a lasting impact in the lives of those she serves.
David Bozard – Group Home Operations & Compliance Manager
With a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and certification as a CPI Instructor, David Bozard is an expert in all things group home-related. He ensures that each home upholds the highest standards of care, overseeing operations with precision and dedication. As the primary point of contact for state communications, David navigates regulations and compliance seamlessly. His attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills keeps critical documents secure and operations running smoothly, making him an invaluable part of the team.
Jenn Bozard – HR & Program Development Manager
With a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and certification in Educational Therapy, Jenn Bozard brings a wealth of knowledge and innovation to Nadon Family Home by bridging learning into employment. As the head of HR, she not only trains and supports employees, but also develops innovative workforce programs. Passionate about creating inclusive opportunities, Jenn leads innitiatives that connect education, job readiness, and long-term employment success - ensuring that ability, not disability, defines opportunity. Robert Davis – Behavioral Specialist & Group Home Manager
With nearly a decade at Nadon Family Home and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Robert Davis is an invaluable resource when it comes to understanding and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges. As NFH’s Behavioral Specialist, Rob has a unique ability to connect with individuals who struggle to form healthy relationships, building trust and providing guidance that makes a lasting impact. His expertise in behavior management makes him the go-to person for advice, and his leadership as a Group Home Manager ensures a high standard of care for those he serves. Josephine Davis – Administrative Assistant
